Neurons in common processing resources utilized to process similar experiences (i.e. first stage of actions) between personal B-ROM and CB-ROM, as mentioned in the previous topic, are called Mirror Neurons. They are called mirror neurons by scientists because they observe mirrored neuronal brain activities between people doing and seeing someone doing same or similar actions, which is the result of the mechanism explained in the previous topic.
As any goal driven action starts with first stage of action, mirror neurons activate only when watching others perform goal driven actions and not when they perform random actions, as VP is not involved in random actions
(more under title Interactions Requiring Random Decisions). The same can be seen in experiments done to understand the phenomenon.
