<< Continued from How Does DOS Develop?

As time goes by the verbal instructions, which they have been receiving from those around them, start converting into their inner voices to instruct themselves when others are not around. These inner voices are in the form of voices of the respective persons they have received instructions from, although not very distinct, guiding them to interact in different situations. This way, guidance from external sources becomes internal.

As time goes by, to optimize operations, their inner voices convert into a single, unified inner voice, irrespective of who had instructed them.

Being different in nature, their own actions, which are purely logical, and other people's actions, which are additionally based on years of wisdom, are not always the same and may clash. To utilize these different, but seemingly valid ways of processing experiences, which they realize on observing results they get after blindly applying them, they use both of them interchangeably to get the most out of their day-to-day experiences. As they find other people's actions useful but different than their own, they are a welcome addition.

While processing experiences, they actively build-up a repertoire of useful actions and reactions to interact with similar ones in future.

While repetitively and blindly imitating other people's ways of interacting with their day-to-day experiences, they face limitations of operating only in situations similar to those experienced with them, additional to their mental constraints (e.g. ways to process interactions) and physical constraints, if any.

To overcome such limitations and deal with the variety of experiences they face in their day-to-day lives, they develop language (explained in detail under title From Neural Communication to Language Generation), which helps them tie up content of interactions to their respective parts of intramural/extramural communication, making it possible for them to deliberate. Using language, they build and refine notions and concepts they have learnt by building relations between them, executing events based on them, monitoring results, modifying them if required and store the results for future use in order to decode and refine the logical reasoning behind their blindly imitated actions, which they do using the to & fro dialoguing between VP and LB, so they can extrapolate the same and use the knowledge gained from it to benefit from a whole lot of diverse experiences they may have to deal with in future, while decreasing reliance on other people's availability and points of view.

Their interactions, which worked by correlating them with other people's interactions to similar events, gradually start working through logic and reasoning.
