As VP is not developed enough for goal driven interactions with the host body and environment from the time of conception in the womb till the development of IPS, software for interactions of second type are activated by default in all generations, but interactions of first and third types need to be re-activated in every generation.
In detail: As interactions of first and third types are based on experiences being received, if the experiences in the current generation match conditions included in the software which was hard-wired in previous generations, they need to get activated (i.e. genes related to them need to get expressed) if they are to be utilized. Whether or not a particular interaction of these types gets activated in its related experience in the current generation depends on its strength, which is calculated by processing two factors, 1) to what strength VP perceives it, which it evaluates through intramural communication using B-ROM and 2) if it was activated in the previous generation, to what strength, which I call "Inherited Strength" of the interaction. If the interaction was merely carried forward without getting activated from the generation previous to it, the strength of that previous generation (i.e. it's inherited strength) is carried forward (and so on for the generations previous to it).
The above reveals the fact that it is possible for inherited strength of an interaction to be modified in each generation it is utilized. Putting it differently, even when first and third types of interactions are hard-wired, a person is only predisposed to its effects, which can be modified through intramural communication
(more under title Modifying Hard-Wired Interactions).
