Technology: With daily lives increasingly going high-tech, dealing with quickly changing systems and gadgets requires a high amount of learning. Problems in intramural communication, especially in LB communication (a result of biological defects), makes IPS less participative in dealing with them. This is where a person loses confidence in keeping up with technology, either consciously (i.e. VP), unconsciously (i.e. LB), or both. The reasons for the same is when losing confidence due to problems in LB communication, the person is unable to do anything about it, as it is a constantly happening phenomena, the source of which is unknown, whereas through VP, he logically comes to the conclusion, based on his past experiences, that he is unable to deal with them.

Lesser the IPS participation in technologically advancing environment (as mentioned above), lesser the VP-LB communication, resulting into lower than normal inherited strength of developing VP-LB communication pathway, i.e. corpus callosum, resulting into lower inherited strength of developing the pathway in the following generation.

It is such regress of inherited strength that results into increasing cases of autism generation after generation in locations where there is high amount of growth in the use of technology, it being the reason for increasing number of autism cases in such locations.

Even when USA and Japan are similarly advancing in use of technology, as considering others is interwoven in Japanese culture, their CB-ROMs are very strong, weakening the above effect.

The above is not only true for technologically advancing environment, but any environment that needs constant updating of knowledge and skills.
